I was very disappointed. The packaging was so vast and wasteful for the tiny ruby necklace.

One the page for the Ruby pendant it does say it is 5mmx4mm but of course until you try something on perhaps the size isn't so easy to understand....hence the 30 full refund policy.

It would not be normal to have 100% positive reviews...but we are proud of our current rates of 97% positive reviews and of course we are sorry to hear that the pendant you ordered didn't live up to expectations.

Just a note on the packaging....many of our customers are buying our jewellery as a special gift and want a nice box, bag and all the ownership documents we supply....this of course needs protecting (the outer cardboard box) and then needs to be put into the Royal Mail supplied wrapping..in a way it is wasteful but it is what the majority of our customers expect...it is the first time we have ever had negative feedback about our packaging and will bear it in mind for the future.

Gem-Stone Pendant Ruby 9K Yellow Gold

Devastated. Packaging wasteful. After all the unwrapping to find this tiny ruby pendant was truly shocking. The picture on your website showed a good sized ruby. This was nothing like it. I am returning it all and ask you for a refund including the £6.00 postage. I have looked at some of your other reviews and they are all very negative. I will not order from you again. Ruth Klein
