Product rating : My silk and cashmere pashmina was quite creased and very thin so I handwashed it carefully, dried it flat, and ironed it very very carefully. However, it is still thin and slightly creased but I have decided to use it on a forthcoming holiday and hope it will bulk up as promised. I decided to return them because I wanted a less creased appearance. 26-Mar-2013 I have just received notification of the refund. Instigating an email notification is a much better idea. I am also pleased to hear that the pashminas should not have remained creased and that this could be a fault with the supplier Read more	Thank you for your feedback. Your returned pashmina was received by us on 19th March and the full refund processed on 20th March with notification being sent by post (we will be introducing email confirmation for returned items in a few weeks time). Please let me know if this has not shown up on your bank statement. I am very sorry that the pashmina remained creased as this should not happen. We believe this has been caused by this pashmina being packed by the supplier before it was completely dry after dying but I would like to thank you very much for drawing this to our attention. As a seasoned pashmina owner your new one may feel lighter and less soft but this is normal because it is newly woven and pressed. However, once you have worn your new one a few times you will find it becomes as full and as soft as the cherished ones in your wardrobe. I was informed that this would be the case and all communications were very polite. Still, it was disappointing not to give the gift I had intended and for it to be very late.
