Means assembly is far harder and more time consuming that it could have been. Could have done it in half the time with clear instructions. Otherwise, very happy with it.

A securing hinge is broken on one leg. A hinge on the wind break wasnt attached and cant be attached and there are 2 big chips out of the paintwork. In bbq stores defence I havent had the time to let them know this so dont know their response. We bought for our school fair and it cooked 150 burgers and 120 sausages in 2.5 hours and was brill. Its just annoying how damaged it is.

Let down by the delivery company. Ordered the bbq because the company offered free next day delivery. Waited for 3 days for the bbq to be delivered and eventually at 3pm on the 3rd day the company arranged same day delivery. no compensation of any kind offered as a goodwill gesture for my time or the 20+ phone calls I had to make!
Service rating : A next day delivery was promised and sure enough the barbeque arrived at 9.15am. When I unpacked the Outback Select Trooper 2 it did not have a griddle plate so I contacted the bbq store. They had been supplied the package by Outback and it was sent onto me accordingly, but within hours of me contacting them about the problem a griddle plate had been sourced and despatched. Very impressive. Thank you BBQ store - I would definitely recommend - plus it was the best price for this barbeque anyway.Product rating : The added advantage of this one is all the top bit comes fully assembled, it is just the base to work on. Mind you, it was not as quick assembling the base as I expected, and the fold down shelves are a bit of a problem; in fact I feel as if I will have to add an extra form of support to use them extended as they do not hook in properly. But the barbeque itself works excellently, very quick to light and cooks well.
