Service rating : It's absolutely fantastic. The dogs are very friendly too! Alan recommended a restaurant for dinner and that was a SUPERB recommendation. He thinks I am mad as I went running this morning and then later walked to Central Station but it's not far!
Product rating : Very comfy, quiet and simply a lovely place to stay. I never every sleep in hotels but this didn't feel like that - it felt like home and I slept accordingly.
