Service rating : The company were helpful throughout the booking process and in the lead up to the holiday. The trip notes were useful and accurate. Abdu, the guide in Morocco was superb; informative, interesting, caring and fun. His enthusiastic greeting at 2am at the airport set the tone for his attitude towards us throughout the holiday. He was considerate about our needs, when our youngest son was unwell Abdu was there pouring cooling water on his neck, he really went above and beyond the call of duty. The Agadir Hotel was not really up to standard but Abdu complained on our behalf and was genuinely concerned about our comfort. He took us to fascinating areas and restaurants that, as independent travellers, we could easily have missed out on. Thank you for making it a great holiday.
Product: A really good mix of interesting scenery, learning about another culture and the all important elements of fun and beach time. The Riad Arganier D'Or was fantastic, great food, great pool and comfortable rooms. The Caverne d'Ali Baba was also really nice but the beds weren't so comfortable and it was rather noisy at night with other guests returning. The Meriem Hotel was OK, it had a nice pool and the rooms were as you would expect in a city hotel, although one really smelt of smoke. The Tagadirt in Agadir was awful, the rooms were full of rubbish on arrival, the breakfast was basically inedible and the pool was dirty. The holiday itself was well balanced with interesting, cultural elements for adults and fun time for the children. The camel ride was a great experience but the real highlight was the oasis day and the meal in the berber home, Fatima was very welcoming and seeing how other people live has taught our children a great deal.Overall this was an amazing holiday but try to use a better hotel in Agadir for future customers.

Service rating : Hotels were great outside of marrakesh, not so gd in M itself. Fab tour and great guide, Aziz who was wonderful with both adults and children alike.
Product: 9 kids and 9 adults in our group who gelled really well. Aziz was a brilliant guide who did his best to accommodate all our quirky needs and suggestions. Please remove Agadir from this trip, the only seedy point in an otherwise wonderful journey.

Service rating : Staff I spoke to on the phone were very informative and helpful at booking, confirmation and local advice - good job.
Only thing that misses an "Excellent" would be a bit more local advice and cultural prep in the pre-trip guidelines in terms of when to meet (when traveling independently), who to contact out of office hours and how to manage local currency (tipping etc bit of a surprise that could be managed better)
Product: Guide Mohamed was fantastic and went beyond the call in flexibility and patience - knowledgeable, friendly, local knowledge, superb entertainer and proud to share his country and passions with a group of dis-organised Brits (like herding cats at times!)... the guy should be Guide of the Year

Service rating : Efficient and helpful - Trip notes were essential. Probably spent more on tips (which did get rather annoying) than suggested but good to have this flagged up before we went. It was also helpful to have guidelines on type and amount of luggage and what to take.
Would have been helpful to know that you cannot change money once you have gone through security at either Marrakesh or Casablanca i.e. you need to change money back the day before if flying early. It would also be helpful to know that the airport shops all take Euros.
Product: It felt a bit odd to be the only family on the tour but our tour guide and driver took good care of us. It did feel like a lot of driving but the stops for activities were good though a few more stops (other than at cafes and restrooms would have been good). We loved the meal in someone's home, the stop off in the mountains, the donkey ride, camel ride and visit to the Argon oil cooperative. We could though have done with more beach and pool time.
In Marrakesh we were handed over to a different tour guide which felt odd and then dropped at the hotel and told we could make our own arrangements to go into town in the evening. After being so well cared for this felt very odd and we didn't really feel confident to venture out on our own so missed what could have been a highlight of the trip of seeing Marrakesh at night.
It was good to have a couple of places where we stopped for two nights as otherwise it would have been very tiring. The children enjoyed learning some Arabic and bartering in the markets.

Service rating : Had to chase us confirmation of booking.
Product: We enjoyed the trip but it would have been nice ot have more time in the Atlas Mountains exporing a little. Walking Tour around Marrakech was too focussed on souks in which all stalls were basically full of the same stuff anyway and it would have been nice to see some more sights on this tour rather than just tat.I didn't really feel we got to see Marrakech at all. Hotels in Essaouira were rather too far from the medina. Guide - Lachen was very good and hotel in Ifergane was very nice.
