We found that we had to share facilities which was not acceptable and we had to pay a lot more for a better room. Breakfast was continental and self service. Too expensive for a low budget hotel

Although Booking was reasonably straight forward I would not use TT again because of the standard of the hotel.
Late change of hotel due to "quality issues" appears to warrant a refund according to booking conditions, but nothing volunteered - as yet.
I have used Telegraph Travel Hand-picked before so thought this would be a good deal. I was disappointed on arrival to find the hotel were offering the same package but at a cheaper price and with a glass of wine with the meal.
