I'm satisfied with my order (16 shoes pair) and I thank you for it. Nevertheless I have to say that I've ordered one shoes pair 39, black and I've received a white one. (39 was OK). The deluxe telescopic sword I ordered arrive very quickly, well-packaged. It is an excellent product. Great Feiyue pumps at a good price - cheaper than elsewhere. Fast delivery. Reasonable postage. I ordered size 39 (my usual size) and it pinches a bit on the toe...I think size 40 would have been a better fit.
Excellent quality and fit for purpose
choosing size was tricky. in the end I chsoe closest to UK 9 which was continental 43 as continental 44 is generally to large for me. but choice proves to be very tight - is nearer UK 8.5. Have not had this problem with previous purchase of this slipper. Tehnically a continental 43.5 of your product would be nearer my fit. Other wise ease of location and purchase was 'good'

Hi there, How are you? I emailed Tai Chi Finder with a question and got a reply within 10 minutes! David Radford also sent me really useful links relating to my question. I placed the order on the 14th March and received it on the 21st, a week later. Although the postage was quite high - and for that price i would have expected to receive it a bit quicker - i am still very pleased with the company. I have used TC Finder several times over the past few years particularly for their plastic fans, which are used for beginners and in care homes. They are durable and survive dropping, are easy to open, and we haven't broken one yet in over 4 years of regular use. They are far superior to bamboo fans in the demanding use that they are put to. TC Finder order/delivery service is also fast and efficient. Trevor

My order and payment and all were handeled very professionally. Despite the very nice size chart, I still managed to order a pair of Feiyues that was a little too small. Maybe I just wasn't that good at measuring my feet (maybe tips for how to do it properly could be nice?). But it was a risk I took knowingly, so not really a complaint.
I could esasily give Tai Chi finder exellent, the only reason I haven't is there not quite as fast delivering items as other [non Martial Art] online services. That said the delivery time was by no means exessive and more than satisfactory.

I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of my order, and it is worth noting that Tai Chi Finder are 1 of a very few stockists of the Feiyue kung fu shoes with the dark tan coloured rubber soles. Most stockist only supply these shoes with the yellow rubber soles which are no good for the acrobatic disciplines I train in. Keep stockinjg these ones please.
