I am slightly disappointed at the quality of my shirts. The fabric feels much thinner and cheaper than the ones I have previously purchased. I also needed to return an item as it smelt - I think it had been worn, washed and returned. The sales assistant even accused me of washing it myself despite me retuning the item within 24 hrs if collecting it. Although the prices in Lewin are attractive, I'm not sure the quality lives up to expectation.

I had a lot of problems with delivery , it wasn t sent . then I needed to call and ask why. I was told that someone going to let me know when I get the items. Got ne less , then was sorting with banks and reception to get difference back , was told that gonna get delivery fee back , get present from company - go nothing and delivery fee was not refunded yet - just the terrible expirience with online shoping !

This is not the first time i ordered tmlewin online. There was always a problem with long-time delivery. This time it was fantastic quick, just could not believe it the postman brought the package next day after the order (though it was not next day delivery ordered) Bravo!

Received email to say items were at the store ready to collect, however when I visited the store they did not have the items. Had to then make a second trip once items had actually arrived at te store.

I have used the gunwharf shop for many years and am glad i can highlight one of the staff in a positve way. Shuma has always given me great service . Always happy to help and goes out of her way.My husband always buys his suits from lewins and has been served by shuma the last couple of times and its been a pleasure.
As gunwharf never have new styles we now use the store to order from your web site which is inconvenient but at least we get new styles.

Visit to our Brent Cross shop

At my last visit I went in to buy a number of shirts and the assistant non-chalantly told me that you no longer do 38 inch sleeves. No working alternative was presented and I was forced for the 1st time in 19years to buy shirts else where. The lack of a warning of this change caused the most chagrin.
