Very good customer service, particularly from 'Vinny' who even ironed a shirt for me when I said I needed it straight away. I bought a couple of extra shirts as a result!

Product rating : The service and suits, ties and shirts are great value and always look high quality on. I only shop at Lewins for my work clothes.

Service rating : service was absolutely awful. we normally shop at the euston pop-up or the solihull branch where the staff are fantastic (very nice and go the extra mile to help).
when we eventually managed to find some shirts in his size etc - didn't bother looking for suit due to poor service - then had to wait 5 minutes at till for someone to come to serve us. They only came then because we asked. one person was serving someone else and rather than apologise to his customer so that he could quickly ask someone else to serve us ...he completely ignored us.... height of bad manners and ignorance. Person who eventuaaly served us was ok but you need to review staff training and mgt of staff in this particular shop. Between us we typically buy 4-5 suits from tmlewin every year and between 10 and 20 blouses = ties and i just bought a coat from solihull. Howewer, my husband was so annoyed about service and lack of his sizes that we will be looking at alternatives. v v annoyed - we will not be returning to birmingham shop again.
Product rating : i was trying to buy my husband some shirts - he is 17 1/2 and the choice was very very limited.

Service rating : Men's retail is in a poor place at the moment, with little to differentiate one shop from another. I won't buy a suit online though, therefore I needed advice from the staff at TM Lewin, and I did not want to be sold to. I felt I received advice that was practical and reliable, and it helped me make the purchase.
Product rating : The products are OK. I don't like the price marking system that implies you're getting a deal or reduced price. This is a nonsense psychological trick that wastes my time and insults me. Don't do it, it delays the sale. I can afford a certain price, when I see something I like I will buy it - end of story. I found something of suitable quality today. Your ties are way over priced though, and your shirts are worth £25 tops.

Service rating : I think that the staff at the shop are excellent and seem very motivated. I think that they deserve to be looked after. I particularly rate Liliana & Hari as two outstanding members of your staff
Product rating : I am very happy with the suits I've purchased. I'm not nearly as happy with your call centre I think it really lets your company down and creates a poor impression when the person you speak to does not recognise that you have a shop at 85 Cheapside in the City of London. What should have taken me 5-10 minutes took me over half an hour. You need to train your middle and back office staff they are really letting your company down badly. I do not expect to have to argue the fact that a TM Lewin Shop exists at 85 Cheapside in order to get some shirts that I had ordered delivered there

Service rating : The shop on Jermyn Street is excellent - but it does get busy and it quite small. Maybe use the downstairs area more effectively?
Product rating : Hard wearing, good value, and well designed. It would be nice to see some slim options in the trousers.

Service rating : I visited your Nottingham store today to purchase a shirt and tie for my son. The staff in the store were all very pleasant and helpful, the young lady was very good at helping me match a tie to the shirt I had chosen.
Product rating : I have purchased quite a few shirts ties and cufflinks from your Nottingham store over the last 4 months and found the quality of your products very good the shirts are still in good condition and that's with my son washing them!

Service rating : I visited your shop thanks to your mention in the Glasgow Evening Times which lured people to your shop with the offer(,misleading as it turns out)of a £50 goodie bag..A goodie bag generally suggests that you will receive free items to the value of the advertised goody bag but what did we get?Vouchers which force the customer to spend money before there is any benefit from the"goody bag".It struck me as a complete con and I am not likely to enter your shop again because of what I consider your sharp practice which will undoubtedly damage your reputation.
Product rating : The assistant who handed over the so called goody bag was extremely apologetic over its contents when I questioned her over the contents.The whole thing struck me as similar to the wampum scam once used by white settlers on the native American population.
