My Shirts took over 4 weeks to arrive and apparently there had been an IT issue and you cancelled my order without any communication it was only by contacting you twice that the order was recreated, paid for again, and processed?

Thank you for taking your time to provide us with feedback.
I am very sorry to read of the difficulties you have experienced with your TM Lewin shirts. I can confirm that quality is paramount in the construction of our shirts which is why we still use the same methods and techniques when making our shirts today as we did when TM Lewin was first established. Our quality control team ensure that they visit our factory regularly to ensure that our products are made to the highest standard.
We have recently upgraded our system and are sadly experiencing some inevitable teething issues.
This unfortunately leaves us with various problems processing orders for our customers and I am sorry that you were
one of the unlucky few who were caught up in this. We are working hard to ensure that these do not occur in future
so that we can improve the experience. If you have any suggestions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
On this occasion we would like to offer you a free shirt as an apology for the inconvenience and so that we can show that we produce high quality shirts for you Mr Seymour. Please take a look at our website www.tmlewin.co.uk and email me at email@example.com, the product code and size (this only excludes the white label range). You can also inform me of your delivery address. I will then have this sent out immediately.

|Not as good a quality of shirt that I expected, the material appears thin, to be honest Marks & Spencers produce a better shirt for the money..|
