I've bought shirts from you for thirty years; you were brilliant for two reasons (i) unlike many other shirts, you offer a variety of sleeve lengths e.g. 16 collar, 33 sleeve -- ideal for me. And (ii) you offered an interesting variety of colours over the years.
For about the past two years, what you have for my size -- 16/33 -- has been totally pathetic, particularly, if like me, you want a classic cut rather than some John Francombe slim fit (what's Francombe got to do with fashion anyway? Ridiculous). My last two visits (most recent last Thursday 19 July) you had a few white shirts, all one collar shape, some insipid North Korean prints -- and that was it.
What makes this even worse is that as one gets older (and indeed needs to spend more money on clothes and needs bright and varied colours) your stock is not just 'same old' but less and less of it.
I've been forced to buy from Tyrwhitts and others -- worse quality, sleeves too long -- but at least some colour and variety.

Thank you for your kind offer of 10% off -- but that does not really address the point because at the moment -- for the first time in years and years -- you don't have shirts to sell that I'd want to buy. Let's have some choice in the 16/33 classic fit range, let's have some interesting colours (glance at other shirt shops in Jermyn Street for starters and see how colour is taking off in some of them) and offer a variety of colours. Everyone needs shirts so it's not hard to see why there is a market. So why pull out of it? You were great. Be great again.

Unfortunately our stores are not always able to stock all the varies ranges and sizes we provide. However they do offer an ordering service in store, where you are able to choose different shirts from the store and online, then have them ordered to collect from the store.
We also offer a store delivery option online, where you make a payment online, choose a store you would like the goods to be delivered to and then pick them up within 5 working days.
