Very professional staff in the store and can't really fault the service and experience on the day.
My major criticism though is the experience before this though. Having identified the 'Perry' suit in Westfield Stratford. I then had to go to Bond Street to pick up some trousers (that were reserved for me). I then got a call from Westfield saying they couldn't locate a jacket in my size even though on the Sunday (2 days before) they said there were at least 6 in the system. Unconvinced 6 had sold in a couple of days, i contacted Canary Wharf branch. There they could reserve me one but had identified that there was a jacket available 'somewhere'. It was only when i spoke to a very very helpful customer services assistance but the name of Sissia (most probably got the spelling wrong), that my experience got better. She went out of her way to not only identify where a jacket was but try to find me one in a close location to me. She reserved the jacket a Jermyn St for me and called me back within 20 mins. I was very pleased with the customer service she gave me.
It is a shame that there is such varying levels of service within your organisation. If it was represented such as the staff in Jermyn St or especially Sissia then you would be on the right track, but i nearly didn't make a purchase because of your Westfield Staff who didn't really seem to care or take ownership of my enquiry which is a shame.
Also, i honestly think you need to work a system out, as I am a busy individual and i really find it inconvenient to be traveling all over London for individual items of suits. I should be able to request that items are transfers to nearer location to myself.
