Beige Leatherette Jacket

Service rating : The first item was too small and to avoid paying for postal costs, I took it back to the store. The second item I received was totally different from what I had ordered. I did get the postage back, but will now have to make another trip to the store to return. I have now order another alternative - hope it does not require returning!
Product rating : far too small for size and I know it was the wrongly labelled as it fit perfectly on my young daughter and she is two sizes smaller than me. Not happy!

Goods are varied, choice exceptional. Post is quick and easily trackable. On the negative side, sometimes the quality is not as expected, and sizing is sometimes on the small side. Overall though, service is perfect.

Cream & Green Patterned Maxi Dress

Service rating : Arrived next day and the returns couldn't have been easier, which I did at a store. Staff very friendly. (Not that I returned much!) The pictures of the clothing could be better, but given the prices and quality of the goods I ordered it is a small piece of the jigsaw. I don't shop at TKMAXX normally - my bank even rang me to check I knew about the online transaction(!) - but I was very impressed with the ease of online shopping and the quality and (especially) the prices. My first visit, but not my last. I have already recommended to friends.
