Booking process etc all very good, however think there may be some communication problems between the company and villa owners as they were not there to meet us on arrival as advised and seemed surprised when we phoned them to say we were waiting for them. Also took almost 4-weeks to receive the return of our security deposit.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking to improve our processes. We always try to ensure that deposits are returned within 2 weeks and unfortunately this year, we have had some changes in our systems which made your deposit 2 weeks late. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. I will pass on your comments to the owners so that they can make necessary improvements.

|Villa was very clean and owners were very friendly when they arrived, however the bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. Pool loungers are cast iron, so again quite uncomfortable unfortunately. Not possible to use combi-microwave as no instructions. Although all in all the villa is lovely we felt that almost £800 for a week is far too expensive.|
