Read more	The shirt was sent out on the 3rd you did not receive it, the estimated date was the 9th of May, unfortunately we did not receive a phone call untill the 16th had we known sooner we would have had another sent. I believe the second one arrived on the 17th. The first one came back to the warehouse from the courier unable to deliver. Debbie

You were let down though because TNT tried to deliver it to the invoice address, no one is there during the say so parcel was returned to depot and therefore alternative arrangements had to be made file delivery.
