Service rating : The website is easy to use the staff on the phone very helpful (I spoke to Abby). Your delivery service left a card. You text DPD as instructed on the card and make the request to deliver next door, you receive confirmation. They do not deliver to the neighbor and post another card the following day. You cannot call them and speak a person to complain, so call your goodselves and Abby spends time on the phone to DPD they lie about trying to deliver to the neighbor (we both have cctv), Abbey then arranges for the parcel to be delivered after 4pm the following day. The parcel is delivered the following day but at 9.50am, fortunately I was at home because the school heating had broken down. The driver could not even be bothered to ring the door bell, fortunately the dog has good hearing. The biggest issue is that the boots were required for an event at school which in the end did not go ahead but the result was my 6 year old was extremely upset because I belived the text from DPD.Product rating : My daughter loves Lelli Kelly and the boots were perfect.

DPD delivery service were ok but sent me a text which did not identify the product and as I had several deliveries pending over a few days, I was not able to correctly identify when the shoes were being delivered on the first day.
