Service rating : Generally good quality but disappointed that as children get older you do not cater for narrow feet as you do when they are v small. My daughter is 10 with a size 2D/E and many of your shoes only have a standard fitting of F so we end up with insoles and having to take the best fit rather than perfect fit.Product rating : Again wish you provided different fittings or some way of making them narrower. We have had to buy a size smaller than would have done which is ok as only for a special occasion but would not have worked if they were to last.

First time I have used the online ordering service and was very impressed.Product rating : Loved the ballet shoes that I ordered but they did not fit my daughter very well, too large on one foot. Also the piece of string that topped the shoe looked out of place and made the shoe look a little cheap, far better to have has a leather bow or nothing at all.

My daughter being older end of primary school loves pumps so these were perfect and excellent quality. Have recommended to mums who have asked "Where did you find navy and pumps!" have recommended your site.

As an adult I struggle to find "trendy" size 2 (34) shoes - perfect fit would love a pair in brown - already got pink black and grey !!!
Perfect! But sadly you don't deliver in other european countries, that's the only problem....
Service rating : The overall experience was very good. There was only one problem: I downloaded a fitting gauge and got my child's size, but the shoes I bought only showed European sizes. There is no place in the site to convert English sizes to European ones.Product rating : Excellent quality, although they were a bit big due to the problem converting the size.

Service rating : The shoes I ordered were faulty - the stitching came came undone within 4 days of wearing. I wanted to return the shoes and get a repacement. I was amazed to discover that start-rite will not do that. I have had to return the shoes - their standard terms says that start-rite will then determine whether I get a refund. In the meantime I have had to order and pay for the replacement pair. Wholly unsatisfactory, I would say,Product rating : The original shoes I ordered fell apart within 4 days - stitching came undone. Disappointing.
