Service rating : I wanted to by Start-rite but couldn't find anywhere that had a good range in Shropshire so chose to buy online. Big mistake. Delivery company couldn't find our address so delivery was delayed. After such a long wait I let my daughter wear them when they arrived but I should really have sent them back as they didn't fit properly.Product rating : OK but the buckles are really hard for her to undo and, as I said in my last comment, the fit is very poor.
I was really impressed by the speed of delivery in spite of snowy weather conditions I recieved the shoes in 2 days.

Service rating : There were a couple of problems with the order unfortunately - on one set of shoes the buckle broke almost immediately, and the other had the wrong colour inside the box. However the experience rates "Good" overall due to the high quality of the customer support team, who guided me well through their returns process and always responded to queries quickly and efficiently.Product rating : A nice shoe but let down by the buckle quality - hopefully just on the one we received, but a five-year-old should not be able to break a buckle in a week with normal use.

Service rating : I find Start-rite shoes are the most hard-wearing shoes currently on the market, particularly for school.Product rating : The upper is excellent but I do feel the sole does, unfortunately, wear down rather quickly, particularly at the front of the shoe and the heel does become hollow. Also, it is a pity that Clare is no longer available in Black Patent.
