Service rating : I have purchased start-rite shoes for my daughter for years. She has quite flat feet and wears a special insole and they are the only shoes she can wear for school. They are very well made and we polish them regularly so they last well. She says they are comfortable so everyone is happy! Service rating : I followed the measurement instructions to the T and watched the video and I have just received the shoes (I live in South Africa) and they are still too small. I wish I had ignored the advice on the site and sized up. My daughter has worn them to school and they were sore, so we will have to give them away to someone. Service rating : I have always bought my girls Startrite shoes because they are hard wearing and they are comfortable for my girls to wear all day at school.Product rating : My daughter has over an H fitting shoe and we always struggle to get her school shoes but even more so in the last 12 months because there doesnt seem to be a wide variety of choice for her which for an 8 yr old is the end of the world, the only shoes that seem to fit her at the moment are Stone which seem to be a wider fitting.
