Service rating : Ordered late Sunday night before start of term, arrived on tuesday. Very quick delivery and son loves the free horrid henry book.Product rating : Well made quality shoe. Classic design. After first day of wear he had blisters on both feet caused by the stitching of the bumper seam being hard. Only a problem for first few days. But previous start rite school shoes have not caused any blisters. After two weeks of wear a few scuffs have polished out.

I measured at home and ordered online in the sale. Bargain! Could not have been easier. I ordered 2 pairs to try and the returns process was straightforward too.

So I printed out the measuring guide and measured their feet which they thought was great fun. Shoes arrived promptly (free delivery) and boys were excited about opening their boxes. Service rating : The vast majority of product purchased from Start-rite is of excellent quality. However, I recently purchased a pair of boys shoes for my older son and the quality was incomparable and the unit experienced unacceptable wear and the upper stitching became undone. In addition the upper became 'mis-shapen' - particularly around the toe.Product rating : Have had a number of pairs of this product over the past 3 years and have always been more than happy. Expecting this pair to be no exception.
