Service rating : The shoes were delivered in only a few days and the email communication was very quick. The box, however, was crushed and looked as if nobody had wanted it.Product rating : After a week, one of the little flowers fell off the shoe and I saw that it had been sown on very flimsily. I returned the shoes, I'm sorry to say.

Service rating : The upload function for photos wasn't working, but customer services were great and sorted everything out very quickly. The shoes were dispatched immediately and delivered within 2 days. Altogether excellent service.Product rating : The shoes are a little bit big but are in the cupboard ready for September for school. They are well made and comfortable, just a bit long!

I was horrified to discover when he got home that he had a huge blister on his heal. I was stupid not to put socks on but have never had to do this with any of his other sandals that I've purchased from different companies, especially for such a short time period. I'm hoping it isn't a design fault which has been reflected in the low price on your website. Bit disappointed in all honesty.
