Service rating : I live in Jersey where the number of shoe shops for children is limited and for some reason they dont seem to keep much stock, so if you dont buy shoes really early each season then often you cant get them at all, which is what happened recently to me. However, i looked on line and found what i wanted (as i knew the size as my little girl had been measured in the shop) and ordered. Three days latter, which is brilliant for post to Jersey, the shoes arrived. Service rating : Excellent support & fitting but not wide enough selection of children's footwear such as boys' trainers.Product rating : Great concept and easy enough to measure - but design of gauge is poor, as the heel clip keeps coming loose whilst the child is having his feet measured; gauge needs to be stronger & more solidly built.
