That was a bit of a let down, especially since there was no time to send them back and receive what we wanted: the wedding was in a couple of day's time abroad..

Service rating : Very good customer service. I had to ring customer services as web site only said Payment only by paypal or credit card. This could put people of from buying products, if they do not have a crediti card. I only ever use a debit card and was later told it will still work. I hope they have since ameded their web site?! Pity about delivery as that took longer than the stated time otherwise it would have been excellent and a wow.Product rating : The cuff links i bought for my son are excellent. My husband got given some previously for Christmas and they do not lose their elasticity or fray!
