Fast delivery service
The service I received was v good, but unfortunately I was sold a product that was not what I was after. Specifically it was to small in the multi-pack, but big enough when bought individually. I do not think that the person I spoke to was aware of this.I was not aware of the multi-pack on-line, and could not understand why. Now I know.

Excellent products, as described, great prices, fast delivery and even sent a little sock bag and notepad, lovely touch.
The range and quality seemed very good, but I was disappointed that I paid £6 for the next day delivery service and the socks were in fact delivered two days later, when I was not in. Had there been a box between Good and Poor I would have ticked that - the annoying lack of one in this survey made me pick Poor.
