I am ordering from Germany. This is the second time I order because I like the product. Unfortunately, just like last time, the shipment has not reached me yet.
So I expect you should see if there are problems in the delivery logistic for shipments outside UK or if it could be bettered. I think you informed me the shipment left last Friday, one week ago (By the way your own processing of the order has been very quick...)
