Items were delivered to my billing address and not the requested address.Items were a gift for fathers which my dad will now get unitl a week later when i visit him in cornwall.

Many thanks for your feedback regarding your recent order. Having looked at your order on our system I can see that no alternate delivery address was stated on the order. What I think may have happened is that when filling out the alternate address on our website you have failed to confirm this before payment,(there is a button underneath the alternate address to confirm this) as this then reverts to billing address if not confirmed. All alternate addresses need to be confirmed first and then please proceed to payment confirmation. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but we have recently re-designed this section for ease of use
