Their poor back office procedures left me uninsured for short period. When I complained I got no sense that they understood the seriousness of my complaint. I have no intention od doing any further business with them, and will continue to share my unhappiness oith friends and colleagues.

Just called to report an issue, 3 months after taking out and paying for the policy, and have been informed that my policy was cancelled in march. Why? Payment was taken in feb. no correspondence to indicate policy was being cancelled. Appalling . Absolutely appalling. I have had to now hire an independent tradesman to correct the issue. Called last night to report the issue, the representative said the policy had been cancelled and that someone from head office would all me first thing Saturday morning. No phone call! Will I recommend simply business to my fellow landlords or will I now use simply business going forward. No way! From a disappointed customer
