I am disappointed because I asked specifically for a service where my free weekend calls started at 7pm and now I am signed up to Talk Talk I find that their free calls start at midnight on Fridays, I probably wouldn't use the service again because of this - at the time I didn't have access to broadband and very limited access to a telephone, so was relying on Simplify Digital to guide me accurately based on my needs that I stated.
Although I was misquoted by the girl in the Call Centre at Simplify Digital, the company did "stand by" the figures quoted for the Talktalk service, by way of a cheque for compensation.
I transferred from Talk talk to Plus-net. Their contract was not quite as good as your information.

A total fiasco! Was fed false information and had to cancel the service. A lot of my valuable time wasted

At first I wasn't impressed as I was passed from virgin to replace my package because of a contractual obligation, but I was extremely happy in particular with the customer service I received from that particular advisor

Kept everything plain & simple.
We were originally quite pleased with the service and based on the figures given to us by your advisor went along with his recommendation to change to Sky. however, it turns out that he quoted us normal broad band figures with Sky whilst we are on fibre optic broadband with BT. No wonder the cost was lower. Luckliy we discovered this error before the switch was made but only because BT pointed this out to us.21-Oct-2012disappointing
