TalkTalk-Broadband Essentials & Phone

I am disappointed because I asked specifically for a service where my free weekend calls started at 7pm and now I am signed up to Talk Talk I find that their free calls start at midnight on Fridays, I probably wouldn't use the service again because of this - at the time I didn't have access to broadband and very limited access to a telephone, so was relying on Simplify Digital to guide me accurately based on my needs that I stated.

Although I was misquoted by the girl in the Call Centre at Simplify Digital, the company did "stand by" the figures quoted for the Talktalk service, by way of a cheque for compensation.

We were originally quite pleased with the service and based on the figures given to us by your advisor went along with his recommendation to change to Sky. however, it turns out that he quoted us normal broad band figures with Sky whilst we are on fibre optic broadband with BT. No wonder the cost was lower. Luckliy we discovered this error before the switch was made but only because BT pointed this out to us.
