The service wasn't Good, but it wasn't poor. We placed the order and then rung back 2 weeks later as it hadn't arrived. The staff said they didn't have what we ordered in stock and so hadn't sent anything. If we hadn't rung to check on the order i don't know when they would've been in contact with us to ask us what we wanted to do about the order. The staff were lovely though, but the fact that we hadn't been contacted and that nothing had been done is ridiculous.

My experience was fantastic and my enquiries were answered in such a timely manner, but I had a terrible experience with the courier, who on both of my orders said that my street address was not printed on the order. They didnt follow up for more information and my orders were left waiting in their storeroom until I chased up and turned up far later than needed.
Service rating : Delivery was great only two days,NSW to QLD. Alan key should be with item not stuck to the box as I only found it when recycling it. Needed instruction manual for those who aren't as cluey as myself.Product rating : I'm extreamly pleased, solid, sterdy, holds all for occupants clothes when I don't get a chance to iron, does not tip over. Easy to pull along. wheels flow freely. Very impressed
