Speedy service; item securely packed.
Service rating : Service from serious readers was superb in terms of dispatching the floor light immediately, very pleased with the lamp. In terms of the delivery, however, my neighbour who accepted the item from the courier very willingly, told me the courier was abrupt and unhelpful. She is elderly and asked if he could put the lamp(considerable weight)into her porch as he had placed it outside in the winter weather. He answered he would just leave it where it was. Eventually after asking again he did put it inside her porch. This is the only issue that stopped me saying "excellent".Product rating : One additional feature I would have found indispensable would be a lead which I could control the dimming or strengthening of the light from whilst sitting down. This has to be altered according to what I am reading and also according to TV screen level of glare as I use is as room lamp whilst multi-tasking. It is irritating having to get up and down to make these alterations at head of lamp switch.
