Service rating : Having searched in a lot of places both online and around Southampton I finally found the somewhat unusual design that I had pictured in my head on Serendipity Diamonds website. I was a little nervous initially as it's a lot of money to spend but after reading other reviews I phoned Serendipity. Drina answered and was extremely courteous and helpful and completely put my mind at rest, she was knowledgable and seemed genuinely pleased to be helping with such a special purchase. The ring took quite a while to come, but Drina did advise me of this up front, as she said the diamond would take a while to source with the specifications I wanted, throughout the time she was always happy to update me on the progress of the order and as I was kept informed I was more than happy with this.Product rating : Both myself and my new fiancee are very happy with the look, feel and finish of the ring. I'm no jewellery expert but it appears to be very well crafted and looks beautful. I imagine I will be in touch with Drina again when the time comes to get a matching wedding ring. Everyone who has seen the ring has commented how unusual, but how attractive the design is.

I called Mark with some pretty vague and also fairly last minute demands thanks to a tight deadline and he was both friendly and thorough in his guidance. Both he and Drina kept me updated throughout the process and I really can't recommend them enough. Service rating : Mark was extremely helpful in helping my find the right ring based on my requirements, and his expertise definitely aided my decision (advising platinum rather than palladium for the diamond size I wanted). He also sourced a great diamond and helped me get the best ring for my budget. Drina was also very helpful when I dealt with her. Working in sales, I could quickly tell that their interest was in pleasing their customers rather than just selling to them.
