I contacted Serenata immediately after the delivery to tell them that the flowers had just been left at the door ... without even ringing the doorbell and they started telling me about their policy etc ..... appalling lack of customer service - the gift receiver was inside her house at the time of delivery ..... so, NO EXCUSE.

Thank you for your comments and once again we can only apologise on behalf of our couriers that the bell was not rung at the time of delivery.
