I am normally very happy with the service from Serenata but I was very disappointed this time because the flowers I ordered for my sister didn't arrive in time for her birthday. I ordered on the Sunday for a delivery the following Thursday but the flowers only arrived on Friday afternoon. I live overseas so the birthday wish is particularly important being so far away.
