I'm unsure the person received the flowers, although there was a text message from Serenato to inform me the flowers had been delivered. I requested them to be delivered after 5:30pm, the text I received was at 1:30pm. As a result I feel the drop-off was too early in the day.

|The website was not very easy to use, there was no prompt allowing me to know that a card was to be sent with the flowers. I found out after I had submitted payment that a card had been sent along with the flowers, which was blak, thus too late to add a message.|
