After receiving an email saying my flowers would arrive late (I ordered on Saturday) they did not arrive until Wednesday, following a phonecall from myself on Tuesday evening. However, the service from the customer service advisor on the phone was excellent and the problem was rectified quickly. I have used you before and would still recommend you to others, given the reaction of your staff once the issue was raised.
