Flowers delivered were half dead when delivered. Very disappointed as a 90th birthday gift. Called customer services on Saturday who did arrange for another bouquet to be delivered but not until the Tuesday which was 4 days after her birthday. Will not use this company again.

|Flowers delivered on Friday at 11.30 am were dead, stocks completely dead and roses not fresh. How the person that prepared these flowers thought they were fresh and good enough to be sent out is beyond belief.|
