Very poor quality bouquet delivered. Made complaint, to be promised replacement flowers, they never turned up. Followed up with two phone calls and three emails and still no replacements arrived. Appalling service, ridiculous company.

The fact that it has taken you two months to even respond to feedback in a public arena speaks volumes about your customer service. Useless.
