Initial thoughts were good with the website and order process going through well. The flowers then arrived a day late, the tracking service didn't work and I'm yet to receive a reply from Serenta regarding my query as to where the flowers were. Also, every single white rose in the bouquet had brown tinges around the petals.

I can assure you that I most certainly did! I filled out the form on the 'contact us' section of your website and didn't recieved a response - until now, on this website, nearly 3 months later. . .
