I was very disappointed firstly the flowers were delivered to the wrong address meaning I never or the recipient never even saw the flowers. The customer service was dreadful. There was no contact number for serenata on the website I had to communicate via email. It took ages for a reply and when I did get a reply there was no apology what So ever, a very short reply saying they would look into it. I filally found a contact number on google, the customer service team was very in sympathetic to all the stress it caused. They have told me I will get a re fund but il believe it when I see it in my account. A very bad and stressfull experience .
