My flowers were not delivered on the promised date, though they were lovely. I emailed your customer service team about it and, though I wasn't asking for or expecting anything, I immediately received an apology and a full refund. That is probably the best customer service I remember receiving and it was greatly appreciated. Despite the problem, it is another reason why I will continue to use Serenata.
