Absolutely terrible. The most annoying thing is the lack of humans when a problem arises. Useless company!! Wish i had read forum reviews first!!

Birthday Cake

The birthday girl didnt ever get the birthday cake and after emailing twice, still no response from serenata for a refund!!! Abysmal service and shocking that i cant speak to someone to get the money back i am owed. Various problems with this order resulted in birthday flowers not arriving on the day. Will never use again!!!
