The customer service isn't good. No phoneline to call and they didn't reply to an inquiry I logged with their internet page. Additionally the delivery confirmation comes through way later than with other companies.

Tranquility

It was a nice bunch of flowers but as it is no cheaper than other florists and the customer service is not great, I won't be going through Serenata again.
