As usual, left sending flowers to my Mum for her birthday until the last minute (it's a boy thing, apparently!) but the service and follow-up were excellent and the order was dispatched in pleanty of time for a next morning delivery. I even got follow-up texts to update me on the progress of the delivery. Very impressed.
