I am very unhappy with the last order I place. I do not see my mum ver y often as we live in different parts of the country. I wanted to send her a nice bunch of flowers for her birthday. I added details and asked them to call my mum on a particular number if she was not at thome. The driver did not so this, he simply left them at the neighbours. My mums neighbour has dementia and did not understand about the flowers. a relative of hers told my mum that she found my mums flowers in the dustbin.
