Service rating : When I was able to place the order- I started on my android phone intially and couldn't get past the payment screen. Once the order was placed- I got a confirmation receipt and I think the item came 2 days later.
Product rating : I have selected poor because either I am using it incorrectly but unless the water from the tap is running very slowly then water is going to end up everywhere. I think I am going to have to conceed defeat. Sell the hospe pipe and make do with numerous runs to the bathroom with the watering can.
