Service rating : Website and service from Selections themselves was good. Delivery was horrendous. Driver took it upon himself to throw the package over our back fence since we were out! While I appreciate a driver trying to prevent the hassle of redelivery / having to take it back to the depot, behaviour such as this is totally unacceptable. Luckily the contents of the order were undamaged but the driver had no way to know this would be the case, especially as it was only packed in a jiffy bag. What's more he also left a large gauge in our lawn where it landed and the proceeded to get rained on... While this is not in the direct control of Selections it will make me think twice about ordering from you again.
Product rating : I had purchased this product before so knew what to expect. For those who havent it is a little ropey - but still good for the price charged here. The "sticks" in the edging vary greatly in size and some are rough or split ended, and the metal wiring that holds them in place doesn't do the job very well. But as I say, once it's in it looks good and I would consider it good value for money, just as long as you know what to expect.

Product rating : I have tried 6 of the 12. One empties injust 2 hours, even when turned off completely. 2 empty in a half day. The other 3 empty in sometime during the night. This is on the lowest setting, that is OFF. Basically I may as well water the plants myself - but I bought these items for when I am away and unable to water.

Service rating : While the cane connectors would appear to be what I was looking for, at a good price, the delivery service did take longer than I was led to believe.
