Service rating : I have never EVER been treated so badly by a company in my life. I was promised a delivery on a certain date, (after chasing up) it never arrived. I emailed customer service as to what was happening, I got no reply? I had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery, only after I chased yet again.

Terrible service! Will never use this company again, let alone recommend.

Product rating : I have tested UV- resistance of this product over 6 month and it is OK so far, but the test is still on aiming verifying this resistance over one, two and more years. The longer it goes - the better evaluation of this product can be made. However, please, let me know if you have the complete data on how long UV-resistance of this product can be last under continuous natural UV exposure. Also you may know how long it can last if it is used for the insulation of greenhouses in London's weather. Many thanks!
