Excellent speedy service
I ordered the card on thursday paid for the first class which told me it would arrive on the friday, but then got an email on the friday at about 3pm saying my card was being sent out and then it arrived at the address on the Tuesday when the persons birthday was the saturday!

Everything was brilliantly on time and the product was perfect, my order was done perfectly
I have used scribbler on a number of occasions and never had any problems. My latest order however had two items, both delivering to Leeds, one arrived the following day which I was very pleased about but the other still hasn't arrived. I was however very pleased with the speedy response to my enquiry regarding the whereabouts of this card and have since been informed I will be credited and it will be reissued. I just hope this doesn't happen again - luckily it wasn't a birthday/anniversary card which needed to be there on time
