Product rating : Quality of product was excellent except for the sizeing. Item marked as 46"S but was nearer 48"R. Replacement was same. Awaiting for 44"S, hopefully will fit. Will be sending them back for a replacement. Product rating : The rating actually applies to the suit trousers. I had to send back the trousers 3 times before applying for a refund. After a series of phone calls and promises to both Samuel Windsor and the courier, not a single return call. Then they had the temerity to refund some £2 when I paid £5. I would like a refund for the full 5 and an explanation for the poor service and lack of response and contact. Read more	Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that our courier did not deliver on time to you on this occasion and can appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you, especially when you were not kept up to date with information from our courier on when they would deliver. I do hope this has not put you off using Samuel Windsor again in the future.
