That's why I decided to use them again. This time I had a bad experience. I ordered two suits. One was good and the other not so good. The pair of trousers delivered with the jacket were badly creased and couldn't be worn. Looked like they had been previously worn. Contacted Samual Windsor who offered to pay for dry cleaning or they would swop out. Decided to swop as I didn't think that I should have to dry clean a brand new pair of trousers. A week or so went by and I received the new trousers (or new to me anyhow). By now I needed to wear the suit. Opened it up and the trousers were badly creased and unwearable. I haven't got time to send back and will have to dry clean them before wearing. SW have offered to pay. Which is fine but for me misses the point. I sent an email communicating this to SW and the answer was "I am sorry to hear of this". Which for me isn't great customer service and doesn't address the point of me experiencing the same poor product experience twice. My experience is that product quality is hit and miss. If you have any quality issues their service delivery is poor. I won't be using them again. My advice read all reviews before purchase. I was offered a full refund or another suit but had to return item at my expense!! All other suppliers I deal with offer free returns collected by courier. I bought item in sale so will keep it, and if still not satisfied with it will give it to a charity shop. Wouldn't buy a suit from Samuel Windsor again, standards have definitely slipped and it doesn't seem the same company I dealt with years ago. Product rating : Needed brushing plus had a few creases. After a series of phone calls and promises to both Samuel Windsor and the courier, not a single return call. Then they had the temerity to refund some £2 when I paid £5. I would like a refund for the full 5 and an explanation for the poor service and lack of response and contact. Read more	Thank you for your feedback. I recieved a letter with a refund telling me that the trousers had sold out yet the jacket arrived a couple of days later. Surely I should have been offered an alternative suit.
