That's why I decided to use them again. This time I had a bad experience. I ordered two suits. One was good and the other not so good. The pair of trousers delivered with the jacket were badly creased and couldn't be worn. Looked like they had been previously worn. Contacted Samual Windsor who offered to pay for dry cleaning or they would swop out. Decided to swop as I didn't think that I should have to dry clean a brand new pair of trousers. A week or so went by and I received the new trousers (or new to me anyhow). By now I needed to wear the suit. Opened it up and the trousers were badly creased and unwearable. I haven't got time to send back and will have to dry clean them before wearing. SW have offered to pay. Which is fine but for me misses the point. I sent an email communicating this to SW and the answer was "I am sorry to hear of this". Which for me isn't great customer service and doesn't address the point of me experiencing the same poor product experience twice. My experience is that product quality is hit and miss. If you have any quality issues their service delivery is poor. I won't be using them again.
